Title: Office Administrator

One position available with an excellent opportunity to grow in the company (Golden Growth Investment Inc.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

  • Dealing with email enquiries

  • Taking minutes of meetings

  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

  • General office management such as ordering stationary, maintaining

  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers

  • Arranging both internal and external events

  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts

  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends

Compensation & Hours:

Salary and Hours: $25.00 (per hour) with 32 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $37.50 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of the gross pay

Relevant Job Details:

Experience and Education Required: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience along with College OR CEGEP level of education
