Customer Service – Full- time on location position

Amvic Inc. an innovative building material manufacturer located in the heart of North York, is currently seeking the assistance of a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Fielding incoming customer inquires * Taking order details and placing delivery orders into the system * scheduling delivery and transportation with our own group and or sourcing third party carrier options * Responding to customer calls and coordinating delivery * Ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of order and service.
Candidates profile must contain:
· Excellent oral and written English communication
· The ability to multi task dealing with both customers and sales team
· The unique ability to thrive in a fast pace ever changing environment
· Preference to local candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $13.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (Preferred)
Licence:
- Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (Preferred)
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
