NLPAC Chicken Ltd. (DBA: Mary Brown's famous chicken & taters) is looking for a “Food Service Supervisor” to join their team located in Delta, BC, Canada

Salary: $18 hourly for 40 hours per week

Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: 1 year experience of food industry

Location: 7213, Unit-B 120 Street, Delta, BC, V4C 6P5

Food Service Suprervisor (NOC 6311) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

• Plan ahead and properly to meet work schedules.
• Determine related food and labor costs
