Terms of Employment: Full Time & Permanent

Position: Food Service Manager (NOC: 0631)

Vacancy: 1

Working Hours: 8 Hours per day or 40 hours per week (Full-Time), Permanent

Wage: C$ 25.50/hour

Language Requirement: English

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

• Manage the outlet and make sure all the work is being done as per the standards set by the employer.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
• Train the staff and monitor their performance.
• Determine the type of service needed and offer it.
• Implement operational procedures.
• Set the staff schedule.
• Make a record and control inventory & monitor revinue.
• Modify procedures and prices of the food items as per the need.
• Resolve complains of the customers.
• Ensure all safety and higiene procedures are followed all time in the restaurant as per the health and safety regulations of the government.
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for large orders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Language: English is required
• Education: Completion of High School
• Ability to supervise 4 -5 people.
