Position Summary
Sushi & Noodle is seeking a highly effective Restaurant Manager to join its team. The primary responsibility of this role is managing staff, along with maintaining inventory and budgets. This includes recruiting, training and conducting staff performance reviews. Creating work schedules and planning daily operations; along with addressing any customer complaints or concerns that may arise.

Vacation: 4% of gross salary in lieu of vacation time

Employment conditions: Must be available for day, evening, weekend, and overtime shifts.
Education: College/CEGEP, Responsible Beverage Service Certificate, Food Safety Certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience
Job Description
- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
- Create staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Recruit and train new staff
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets along with cash reports
- Organize and maintain inventory
