Applicant should have the following skills:
Prepare and cook complete meal. Set and oversee buffets. He should supervise the kitchen helpers and make schedule for them. Assistant cook should see kitchen operations, the working hours of kitchen helpers, he should also maintain the inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. He may estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies. He may train kitchen helper staff. He may clean kitchen area after specific intervals to make it hygenic and safe for every one. Instruct the kitchen helpers to wash hands after fixed interval to maintian the safety from COVID 19.
Completion of high school is required and 2 years of experience is required.
