Administrative Officer
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (PERMANENT POSITION)
Job Responsibilities:

Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff

Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail

Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases

Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts

Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed

Creating reports and memos as needed

Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces

Attend meetings and record notes and messages
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $25.10 CAD PER Hour (Overtime paid $37.65 PER HOUR after 44 hours of work per week; 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Job Details:
Experience: relevant 1-2 years of experience will suffice the job
Education: CEGEP or college or diploma or relevant experience
