Job Title: Meat Cutter - retail or wholesale

Salary: $17.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Start Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible
Vacation: 4% of gross salary in lieu of vacation time
Work Location: 3827 River Road West, Delta, BC V4K 3N2
Work Site Environment: Odors, cold/refrigerated
Employment conditions: Early morning, morning, day, and weekend shifts.
Physical capabilities: Must be able to stand for extended periods, a combination of sitting, standing, walking, physically demanding

Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, remove bones from meat, Clean and prepare fish and shellfish, Cut fish into steaks and fillets, Prepare special orders, Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
