This year we have decided to go further and extend our cuisine adding special Mediterranean menu for our guests.

We are looking for cook with knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. It is permanent position with 40 hours per week. We offer competitive wage 17 dol per hour and benefit package. The candidate must speak English.

What you’ll be doing
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
Monitor and order supplies, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
Maintain inventory and records of food
Organize and manage buffets and banquets
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or trade certificate, or 2-3 years of experience.
2-3 years
Public transportation is available
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we’ll ask you to complete safety training.
