Job description:

• Job Location: Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Shift Work: Day, Evening, Weekends
• Terms of employment: Permanent Full-Time (30-35 hrs/week)
• Salary: $24-$27/hr

Skills:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• May be required to perform tasks of those who are supervised
• Any other duties as required from time to time

 Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Food Store supervisor required

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

  • English
•  Must be authorised to work in Canada
