Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, modify, write, test, implement & integrate software code related to the creation or maintenance of software applications and services
• Create or maintain required software documentation, software design analysis and implementation
• Develops technical specifications, plans, designs, develops, performs QA and UAT, documents and delivers solutions for new and existing systems.
• Analyze code and application execution for optimization and performance tuning
• Identify bugs in software’s or applications & communicate technical problems to the manager, refactoring, Code Optimization, and creating test cases
• Adheres to, and provides input for improvements of, existing software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, methodologies & development standards
• Working with technologies such as NodeJS, MongoDB, RDBMS, and NoSQL to develop in-house software
• Working in an agile environment using tools like Jira
• Work in a team and ensure that software or application roll-out deadlines are met as per the agreed upon schedule
• Provide input for the development and ongoing maintenance of technical documentation
• Prepare meaningful reports pertaining to software & application development progress & stages
• Take active part in the preparation of manuals & other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software’s & applications
• Assist with the development, integration, operation and the continuous improvement of the information systems
• Work closely with the users, consultant specialists, and C-suite executives to integrate the latest information technologies with the traditional construction business practices, i.e. Building Information Modeling (BIM), specifically geared for the General Contractors and Project Managers
• Collaborate with other engineers & developers to provide the best solution possible that conforms to best industry practices, including writing of code reviews
• Collaborates with other team members to carry out requirements and business analysis, and contributes technical perspective to meet project requirements and deliverables.
• Work through the entire agile development and operations process under the BizDevOps environment

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business groups, projects managers, architects and developers both internal and external to the health authority.
• Proven hands-on experience with SQL & PL/SQL - including queries, stored procedures, and when to use triggers/views, XML, HTML, Javascript, ADF, client/server and Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Apache, HTML 5.
• Working knowledge of SQL Developer, JDeveloper, BI Publisher Database systems and applications.
• Demonstrated understanding and broad knowledge of systems development life cycles, project methodologies, application design, and database architecture and optimization.
• Knowledgeable in deploying and debugging application related issues on WebLogic server. Broad knowledge in design and implementation of UIX using best practices, proven design patterns and layouts.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex projects with stringent budgets and timelines.
• Physical ability to perform all duties related to the position. Demonstrated flexibility to meet and adapt to change in organizational priorities.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and work under time pressures to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to exhibit tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature. 

Education & qualifications:

• Successful completion of a college program or bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Information Technology or Information Systems is required
• Must have previous IT experience at-least 3 years in software and/or applications development
