Job Description:

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales.
• Manage staff and assign duties.
• Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sale volumes and effects of competitor’s operations on sales.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
• Implement price and credit policies.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Resolve problems that arise at work place such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff as per requirement.

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary (High)School
•  2-3 years of experience required
