Education: Completion of Secondary (high) School 

Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years 

Number of openings: 1 

Wage: $22.60 / Hr 

Hours: 30 to 40 Hours per week

Language: English 

Term of Employment: Full time-permanent

 

Job Description: 

• Answer calls and assist the clients' needs or direct call to the correct department.
• Manage and co-ordinate sale staff including cashiers.
• Assign duties to the employees to maximize their performance and plan their weekly schedules.
• Maintain inventory and prepare orders by determining the stocks of items and merchandise.
• Identify current and future trends and make strategies accordingly to appeal consumers.
• Handle all customer issues ensuring a resolution where applicable.
• Authorize payments and return of merchandise.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Hire and train new sales employees.
• Monitor employee’s productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Responsible to open and close the store as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

 Employment Requirements:  

• Completion of Secondary (high)  School
• 2 year to less than 3 years experience required
