Job description

Position Title: Front Desk Agent

Reports To: Manager

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally
  • Process reservations and payments accurately
  • Provide information about resort amenities, dining, events, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is considered an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn reservation systems
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

 

Work Conditions:

  • Must adhere to the company dress code.
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds/25 kg regularly throughout the shift
  • Capable of standing, walking, cleaning throughout the shift which may be 6-8 hours in length
  • Manual dexterity required to use a tablet or computer.
