Experience- 7 months to less than 1 year
Specific Skills:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef,
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,
Order supplies and equipment,
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
Clean kitchen and work areas,
Organize and manage buffets and banquets
Additional Skills:
Knowledge and experience of cooking and preparing Indian sub-continent dishes. (India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan)
Knowledge in making Tandoori dishes such as Tandoori Chicken, Butter Tikka and Kebab.
Knowledge and experience of making appetizers, Main course, such as Samosa, Pakora, Butter Chicken, Curries and more
Experience of making Indian breads and Naans, such as, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Tandoori Roti.
