As a Customer Service Supervisor, you are expected to perform the following duties:
- Provide supervision and trainings to customer service staffs
- Assign and review the duty works to ensure the quality of our services
- Prepare report and relevant documents on business daily operation and customer service record
- Establish staff work schedule and company operating procedures
- Resolve problems that arise and provide customer service
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Monitor the operation of company’s equipment, arrange time for maintenance and repair work as required
Job Requirement:
• One year work experience in customer service field is required
