Retail Sales Supervisor

Required Retail Sales Supervisor:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

•          Responsible for managing complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries;

•          Supervising and coordinating sales staff;

•          Preparing work schedules;

•          Preparing reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and daily sales;

•          Hiring and training of new sales staff, as required;

•          Monitoring and reporting on performance of all staff;

•          Ensure the visual standards and image of the store is maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience:1 year but less than 2 years of previous retail sales experience.

Language: English

Salary: CAD$ 18.50/hour plus 4% vacation pay. Full-time permanent position at Raavy Distributor Corp o/a Fateh Grocery Depot 31 Steeplebush Avenue, Unit# 13-14 Brampton, Ontario L6R 3B4
