Feature surface is looking for “Office Administrator” to join our team. Feature surface offer customized interior designing and help design and build your dream house.
Position: Office Administrator

Salary: $26 hourly for 40 hours per week

Experience: must have alteast 1 to 2 years
Location: Unit – 328, 7250 Keele Street, Vaughan, ON, L4K 1Z8
Office Administrator (NOC: 1221) will have to perform all of these duties:
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meetings times & answering phone calls & emails
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of office.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable and budget tracking
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Overseeing the maintenance & purchasing of office facilities and equipment
Additional Skills:
Must have at least secondary school qualification, Candidate must be dependable and have a deep willingness to function. Reliability, as well as the ability to prepare ahead and work under pressure.
