Sales and Marketing Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time

Salary: $36.00 - $39.00/hour for 30-40 hours/week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

We are seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.

As Sales and Marketing Manager, the candidate must perform the following job duties.

Job Duties:

• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals
• Promoting the company’s existing services and introducing new services to customers
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans and ensuring that the sales team meet their quotas and goals
• Training, scheduling and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits and understanding their needs
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising
• Staying up to date in the industry by attending conferences, workshops, reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks
• Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, customer service standards, resolving problems

Requirements:

•   Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required

•   Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

•   Language: English is a requirement
