Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

Term of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time30 to 40 hours/week

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Specific Skills Required: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff

Other Requirements: 

• Flexibility to work overtime as required from time to time.
• Knowledge of English is a must.
• Good customer service skill is mandatory.
